Investigation respited in divided opinion concerning the charge, against Captain Berry in connection with the Monroe-Nantucket eollission. One investigator exonerated Berry, and blamed Johnson, the captain of the Nantucket. Another found Berry guilty., and recommended that his license be revoked. The matter has been referred lo the Department of Commerce for final adjudication.
