Football enthusiasts are "counting heads" already, and from their accounts i'i would seem that Thursday football in New Plymouth will be better this season. The Tukapa Club is reported 10 have secured (|iiite a number of first grade players who hr.re made New Plymouth their home since the close of lust season, and the supporters 6f the biue-and-white jerseys expect their favorites to make a strong bid for the eha mpionship, The Okato Club is earlv in the held with its annual meeting and the T.fl.U. balauw-sheet will be ill circulation in a few days.
