' SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, La3t Night. The Dominion Meteorologist furnishes the following summary and forecast: — Summary: The rainfall has been general and heavy in -arts. The barometer fell on Saturday. rose on Sunday. Easterly winds ruled in the North, but northerly, changed by west and south to easterlies, in the South. Forecast: Present indications are for strong easterly to northerlv winds generally, weather unsettled and cloudy, with tim probable generally, the barometer falling everywhere.
