The following new members were pro-posed:-W. F. Narby, j. McLachlai, R. Julian, F. Ryan, and O. Julian. Officers were elected as follow:—l\it Ton, Mr J. Putt; president, Mr T. Booker; vice-presidents, Messrs J. S. Fox, W. Hibherd, and S. A. Dailey; secretary aid treasurer, Mr J. Power; management committee, Messrs. L. Carey, "a Eustace, R. Larsen, W. F. Narby,' n! Andrews, R. Julian, and K. F. Andrews, with the secretary; selectors, Messrs. L. Carey, N. Andrews, and W. F. Narby; club captain, Mr N. F. Narby: auditor, Mr W. A. Lind; delegate to the T.R.U., Mr Jas. Garcia.

The member's fee was fixed at os, and the opening date for Saturday next, March 21. It was decided to hold » aeven-a-side tournament, tho arrangements for which were left to the management committee. Votes of thanks were accorded Messrs. K. Malone, E. Turner, and W. Surgenor, three prominent members of the club who are leaving the district. Mr J. Putt was also thanked for the use of his naddoek as a playing-ground. It was resolved to vote the Domain Board the sum of 15, to be utilised in the formation of the football ground. Mr W. B. Clarke (of Warea) donated a gold medal, to be awarded to the most-improved nlayer. Messrs. Ja-s. Garcia, .T. L. Power, and L. Andrews were appointed the committee to decide the result.

The secretary, Mr ,T. L. Power, was voted a bonus of two guineas.
