THE ENQUIRY OPENED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, March 13. The enquiry into Lord Murray's investments in American Marconi shares has opened. In reply to counsel's query whether it would not be better to hear Lord Murray's statement first, Lord Halsbury said it was quite outrageous to ask Lord Murray to.make a statement. It was for the accusers to establish their ease. The committee had no instructions to give about the course counsel should take. The enquiry was adjourned.
