Australian spot is aornmally 3!)s; New Zealand is not offering. Flour. —Steady; good business in (Australian patents on shipment till April 25s Bd, spot quiet at 28s 6d. Oats.—Dull; New Zealand spot practically exhausted.
Beans.—Neglected; good New Zealand 33s 6d ex, store.
Peas.—Quiet; new crop maples, March-April shipment, 45s c.i.f. Butter. —Lifeless and buyers apathetic. Danish. 122s to 1245; Australian choicest salted 110s to 112s, unsalteft 112s to 116s, secondaries neglected owing to Siberian competition. 104s to 108s; New Zealand salted Ills to ll:ls. unsalted 114s to 116.1. Cheese.—Flat; while 62s to 635; colored, 64s to 655. UWDON WOOL SALES. At the sales the following prices were realised for the fleece portions of the clips named:-—Te Apiti, top price 13>/ 2 d, average l2'/,d; Mako, 12'/,d, and ll%d; Tokomaru 13'/ 3 d and 12J/;d. A good selection was offered and there was an animated demand for all sorts at recentrates. Bradford wool.—Business is slow; merinos linn, medium crossbreds slightly easier; 4C's 17'/><l, 40's W/ t i, others unchanged. CEREALS. The Xew Zealand Loan and Mercan tile Company. Ltd., Wellington, have received the following cablegram from their London house, under date March 11. 1!)I4: Wheat.—We have sold an Australian parcel at 30s 3d, c.i.f.
