On the 11th inst we held our usual weekly sale in nnr tnglewood yards and had ft fair yarding of cattle' and sheep, most of which we disposed of at satisfactory prices. The majority of the sheep were sold and about half the cattle. On Friday, 6th inst, we held our usual monthly sale in our Te Wera yards, when we had a fair entry of cattle and a small yarding of sheep, most of the stock yarded being disposed of at the following prices:—Small empty heifers Sis, 18-months heifers (r.w.b.) 62s fid to Gss, small weaners 15s to 20s and up to 22s fid for good lines of heifers, store cows 75s to 955, lambs Cs to 10s, i and 5-year ewes 7s 9d to 10s.
