ELIXIR OF YOUTH.

BEWILDERING MEDLEY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, March 9. Modern fashions arc the moat bewildering medley imaginable. Women in past centuries bared their throats, shoulders and arms, but never before have they .showed such masculine tendencies about tlie nether limbs. The season's tailor-made costumes express the spirit of the age. They have an open throat with a soft-lying lawn collar, a touch of gay embroidery in the ttiisteoat, a jauntily-cut coat, and am audacious lifting of the skirt. It is no good being shocked with its audacity; youth is almostjilways audacious. The tailor-made costumes are essentially young this season.
