Wellington, Saturday.—The New Zealand Shipping Company confirms the reported arrangement by the High Commissioner for a monthly service from the Dominion to Hull and other West of England ports. The service will be inaugurated by the Kaikaia, sailing from Wellington on April 11. THE PUTIKI. The Putiki completed discharging her cargo of coal on Saturday and sailed in the afternoon for Westport. THE KAIAPOI. The Kaiapoi is expected to leave Wellington to-day for New Plymouth with , general cargo. She is due to-morrow. 1
