All crossbrcds are ten per cent above last sales. Wheat.—Quiet; Australian is steadily held. The, visible supply is 110,440 quarters. Copper.—Spot £O4 3s Od. three months £O4 7s (id, electrolytic £6O los. Tin.—Spot £173 10s, three months £175 10s. Lead, £l9 7s (id. Silver, 2G'/ S d per ounce. Linseed oil, £'24 17s Gd. Turpentine, £32 10s. Rabbit skins.—At the sales 2500 bundles were catalogued. There was a strong market and prices averaged fully 2d advance. Tallow.—l3o9 casks offered, 554 sold. Mutton, fine 30s, medium 335, beef, fine 355, line 335. WELLINGTON WOOL SALES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Tuesday. The final wool sale of the season attracted a large attendance of buyers, competition being good from Bradford, Continental and local operators. The condition of the wool generally was lieavy, consisting largely of back-coun-try lots. Prices to-day were from par to Yii up on halfbred and fine crossbred, and '/ 2 d to %d up on medium and coarse crossbreds; y 4 d to '/-d up on pieces.
LONDON WOOL SALES. The local branch of the Bank of New Zealand has received the following cable advice from London: —The sales have opened with strong competition and a large attendance of buyers.
