THE RECENT SCANDALS. REDUCED VOTE OPPOSED. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright Received 5, 1.30 a.m. Tokio, March 4. Commander Suzuki, chief ordnance instructor at the Naval College, has been dismissed the service and arrested in connection with the naval scandals. Baron Saito (Minister for Marine) op poses the Upper House's proposal to re duce the naval vote by £7,000,000 stwi ing, which, he says, will seriously hamper the defence.
