EAST END FAIR.
TO BE OPENED TO-DAY. A three days' fair is a big undertaking, and needs energy and ability to bring it to a successful issue. The reputation of the fait End Bathing Reserve Committee, however, in such that anything it undertakes is sure to "go" and lor this reason the three days' fair which is to be opened in the committees pavilion this afternoon, will be asMired of liberal patronage. The one great inducement to spend money at the fair is the tact that every penny of the profits will be spent on the reserve. The fair will be open each day from 2.30 to 5.30, and 7 to 10. The baaaar will >be formally opened by his Worship the Mayor (MrQ. W.Brovrn,.) a < 3 p.m. to-day.
