Mr Massey, speaking to-day on Earl Grey's Dominion House (London) proposals, suid: '"New Zealand has taken 110 notion with regard to the proposed Dominion House scheme. As a matter of fact, we have arranged for new ofiices to bo erected on a prominent sit« in the Strand, the foundation-stone ol which will be laid shortlv by His Majesty the King."
A SHAMAN DROWNED. Auckland, Lust Night. James Doolan, a seaman on a cutter, was drowned while swimming at Motttiki Island, in the Hanraki Gulf, this afternoon. 11c is supposed to have been overcome by cramp. The body has been recovered.
