The coroner returned a verdict that ttcvell died from injuries accidentally received through a collision between his motor-cycle and a dray. Subsequently Miechan waa charged with being drunk while in charge of a cart, and also wilh failing to have n light on the vehicle, and further that on February 27 he had been guilty of an omission resulting in the death of Rcvell. Sheehan \va< remanded till Wednesday.
