AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Hie hearing of the charge of indecent assault preferred against a. elderly mail, named Thomas Brown, of Ponsonby, was continued at the Auckland Supreme Court. The jury returned after four hours' retirement with an intimation that there was no possibility of an agreement. The jury was discharged and a new trial ordered. Frederick Terence Urry, a youthful faini hand, denied a charge of committing rape at Waiheke in July last.
