THE ARBITRATION' TREATY. By Cable—Pre9S Association—Copyright London, I'cbruarv '26. Sir E. Grey, in reply to the Rev. Silvester Horne, M.P., said lie hoped tliat the Anglo-American arbitration convention would shortly be ratified. He added that the United Stales had. submitted a treaty establishing n Peace Commission which would be generally acceptable, but the Government must consider it with the self-governing dominions, to ascertain what special provisions may be required for tliem.
