The Petit Journal reports an attempt t« wreck trains in Egypt conveying Lord Kitchener's guests to the Minich racecourse. Several heavy" pieces of timber were placed on the track at a iharp turn and the driver had difficulty averting a disaster. The Khedive's brother and members of the diplomatic corps were also in the train.
