Competitors must send their last two year's performances; if no performances for two years, the last four to be given. Acceptances will close at 1 o'clock on day of Sports. This rule will be strictly enforced. Three to start or no event; four or no second prize; and live or no third prize. A gun will lie fired live jninutes before each event. Protests, accompanied by a fee of ss, must be in the hands of the secretary within fifteen minutes of the event. Deposits forfeited if protest considered trivial.
