Competitors for all events, excepting Nos. 2. 4, 7, 9 and 12, must have n>sidod within the boundaries of the Clifton footbull district for at least three months prior to date of sports. 2. Six to start in events 2 and 9, or prize money reduced in proporlion. 3. Xominations close with the secretary on February 23. 4i Handicaps will be declared on February 28. 5. All events run under the Taranaki Caledonian and Association rules. x 6. All nominations to be accompanied with the necessary fees; also with all performances during tho last two yean, tf none during that time, tho last two to be given. 7. Protests, accompanied by a fee ol ss, niust be in the hands of the secretary within ten minutes of the finish of the event, tho deposit to be forfeited if protest be not upheld. 8. Competitors for No. 11 must have resided within the boundaries formed by tho Onaero River on tho south, and the Miini and Mangamaeho rivers on the north, for at least three months prior to date of sports. 9.
