THB MIELZYNSKI CASE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, February 22. Count Mielzynski was acquitted. Witmesses described the Count'B nephew as a drunken rake. Letters were read showing that he had had culpable relations with the Countsss for a considerable, time. Count Mielzynski has remained in custody since his arrest .although he ■offered £30,000 as bail. The prosecution objected to all jurymen with Polish names and the defence refused all officials and landowners with distinctive German names.
