A COUNT CHARGED WITH MAMSLAUGHTER. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Pierlin, February 20. The trial of Xieb.ynski is proceeded with closed doors at Nisrictz. Intense public interest is manifested, and special trains are 'bringing the Count's friends from all parts of Austria and Germany. The Count is charged with manslaughter, and there are twenty-six witnesses. A dramatic feature of the trial will be the reproduction of the tragedy. The judges, jurymen and witnesses will be taken to the Count's castle at midnight by special train. The Count's hemorrhage is due to his being shot in 18t>.». and is so serious tlrat he is unlikely lo live long. He pleads guilty, hut that under (lire provocation he lired on the spur of the moment.
