ANGLO-FRENCH NEGOTIATIONS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 20, 10 p.m. London, February 20. Karl Grey, replying to Mr. Gilbert Parker, said the Government bad been informed that the condominium iu the Xew Hebrides was not working very satisfactorily in regard to criminal judgments. The Government was iu negotiation with France with u view to revising the arrangement.
