Received 20, 6.5 p.m. Berlin, February 20. 1 The Prussian Diet adopted a'resolution requiring the Government to check growing immorality, especially in large towns. The resolution refers particularly to obscure restaurants, and move stringent oversight of the cinematograph. The movement is the outcome of the extraordinarily rapid spread of f'high life" in the provincial towns possessing all-night dancing saloons.
