OIL FOR THE NAVY.
THE COST DOUBLED. Times-Sydney Sun Special Cables. Received 20, 6.5 p.m. London, February 20. In the House of Commons, Mr. Winston Churchill stated that tbe cost of oil fuel for the navy had doubled since 1910. and experiments were being made •with oil extraction from British shale.
