SUPREME COURT.
WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. In the Supreme Court, a young married man named Sydney Hall, a waiter on the railway dining-car, was found guilty of indecent assault on males at Ohakune. The jury added a recommendation that accommodation should be provided for railway cadets at stop-over stations, so that each might have a separate bedroom. David ilenzies, alias Breen, aged 30, was found guilty of attempted carnal knowledge of a girl under 12 years of age. A similar charge was preferred against William Birch, a married man, and a verdict of guilty was returned. All the accused were remanded till tomorrow for sentence.
