. FIGHT OVER PRIZES. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright Brussels, February 17. The award of prizes at a fancy-dress-ball at the Balloon Club at Courccllis led to a riot. The ladies lied and the men fought with fists, glasses and any available weapon, including revolvers. Twenty were' injured, two of whom are in a critical condition.
