Her Majesty the Queen has written to the Salvation Army, congratulating them upon their work at the Mothers' Hospital, Clapton; and the maternity homes at Stoke and Newington. The Army is preparing for the great International Congress in June. Delegates will come from all parts of the world, attending in native costume.
