The annual meeting of the Newspaper Proprietors' Association of New Zealand was held in the Borough Council Chambers last evening, when there was a large and representative attendance from all parts of the Dominion. Mr. P. Selig (manager of the Cliristchureh Press and president of the. Association) occunied the chair, and those present included:— Messrs. P. Dinwiddie (Ilawke's Bay Herald), 11. J.
