PROSECUTIONS IN WANCANCr. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Monday. , At the Magistrate's Court to-day Mrs. Carroll was fined 3s and costs 7s for .keeping the Marble Bar premises open .on Sunday. It is the first case of the .kind in Wanganui. Securities were .given for an appeal. Three shopkeepers were also fined for keeping their premises open after hours.
