WIFE MURDER AND SUICIDF, By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, February 16. Walter Boyle shot his wife in Crown street and then shot himself. Both are dead. The husband recently returned from the Islands and was not living with his wife. He went to th« door and his wife opened it. Her husbandfired two shots, one of which hit her breast and the other her head. He then turned the revolver on himself. The wife was a native of New Zealand.

THE WIFE'S HISTORY. Received 16, 8.50 p.m. Sydney, February lfi. Mrs. Boyle's maiden name was Bates. She was a native of Riverstone, New Zealand. She met Boyle at Suva, where she was employed as a barmaid. Jealousy was the cause of the tragedy.
