ANNOYS HIS MINISTERS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Stockholm, February 11. The King's outspoken utterances regarding defence, without ffrst consulting his Ministers, annoyed the Government, and the Cabinet requested the King if in future he contemplated expressing political views to deign to inform Ministers beforehand. The King declined to relinquish the right to speakfreely to the Swedish people.
