Federation Constitution as adopted at the recent conference. W. Daish, B. Parkinson, and (!. Shand were appointed Victorian representatives on the Governing Council for the first four years. It was also decided to ask the Council to invito Mr 0. M. Williams to act as one of the five delegates representing Australia at the International Olympic Congress to be held in Paris in Juno next.
