REDISTRIBUTION OF SEATS. WILL NOT AFFECT PARTIES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 11, 10.30 p.m. Ottawa, February 10. Mr. Borden has introduced a Re-dis-tribution of Seats Bill, increasing the Western representation of the House of Commons, owing to the largely increased population. The Eastern maritime provinces lose slightly. The Bill is unlikely to alter the party complexion in the House of Commons, because, while Manitoba and British Columbia are largely Conservative, Alberta and Saskatchewan benefit the Liberals.
