Competitors for all events, except- J ing Nos. 2, 4, 7, !) and 12, must have resided within the boundaries of the Clifton football district for at least three months prior to date of sports. 2. Six to start in events 2 and 0, or prize money reduced in proportion. 3. Nominations close with the secretary on February 23. 4. Handicaps will be declared on February 28. 5. All events rim under the Taranaki Caledonian and Athletic Association rules. 0. All nominations to be accompanied with the necessary fees; also with all performances during the last two years. If none during that time, the last two to be given. 7. Protests, accompanied by a fee of •ss, must be in the hands of the secretitty within ten minutes of the finish '' of the event, the deposit to be forfeited if protest be not upheld. 8.
