There 18 every indication that the entry lists for the show to be held on February i") and 2(1 will surpass in numbers those, of previous years. Inquiries for schedules are coming in to the secretary's office daily, and it is just a question whether the supply will be equal to the demand, but efforts will be made to supply all applicants. All the schedules have the classes printed in bold type, which is much appreciated by those who already have Hiem in* their possession. Additional classes have also been added. Various recommendations were received from exhibitors and others after last show, for the betterment of the many classes, and to a great extent these have been given effect to. and no doubt wi'l be an extra inducement for exhibitors to swell the entry li--:!," . A gift calf competition has been included in the schedule this year, and that a great deal of interest is being taken in the competition is shown by the number of entries which have already been received.
The prize-money is on a liberal scale, and, as heretofore, every care and al'tention will be paid to exhibits, whether animals or machinery. Faery prepantion is well in hand for holding the show, and both exliilwtots ami the piibj lie may rely on the fixture being in every respect more advanced than former shows, and this is savin" a great deal. The general-entries close on Saturday next (February 14). Any information required on any subject or matter connected with the show will be gladly given on implication to the secretary, A. L.
