BOMB OUTRAGE.
THE THIRD IN A FORTXKfIIT. TiuK-s-Sydncy Sun Special Cable*. Received 10, 5.15 p.m. Madrid, February !l. A bomb exploded at the entrance of the residence of a former civil Governor of Oporto. The door and window* were blown to atoms, but nobody was injured. This is the third outrage iii a fori'night, and the populace are indignant.
