Mr. S. Ward has sold bis residence in Pembroke, road to Mrs. Mcßeth, of Snglewood, well known as a terpsichorean expert. Mr. 11. Alexander, of the Wellington staff, succeeds Mr. Rcnnell as accountant at the Bunk of New Zealand in Stratford.
