TWKNTY MILLIONS AT 4%. By < able— Press Association—Copyright (Received 10, 12.10 a.m. Vienna, February 9. Negotiations have boon concluded between the Hungarian Government for Hungarian State loans with u syndicate for 4"Va per cent. A loan of twenty millions is proposed, redeemable, in 110 years, three millions of which is being issued in London through the Rothschilds. Their participation is regarded as a sign of the {rood relations existing between Britain and Austria-Hun-gary.
