A TURBULENT FAMILY. AMERICANS GROWING UNEASY, i Received 7, 5.5 p.m. Times—Sydney Sun Special Cables. New York, February 7. The press are concerned at the growing dilliculties in connection with America's relations with the Latin Republics. They point out that the llaytian Government have taken to the woods, that the forms of Government have disappeared ill San Domingo, that trouble is brewing in \ ene/.cula, that revolutionary activity is manifest in Brazil, and that Columbia is agitated luy fierce elections, while the Caribbean Republics are in a disturbed condition. It is stated that President's Wilson's notions of constitutional government are prejudicing America with the Latin countries.
