Reginald Stanley Herbert was donP""*"" mitted to the Supreme Court for sen-' ' tenco to-day on a charge of detaining ' a postal packet which should have been delivered to another person. Mr. Herbert, a settler at Pongaroa, sent for five Tattersall tickets.
