During the hearing of graft charges against certain members of the Quebec Legislature, originating through the proprietors of the Daily Mail, the Prowhosc name is mentioned, struck Mr. MeXab, the proprietor. Legislators separated them after a lively scene. The Mail proprietors have already incriminated several members of "both Houses.
