Paul dufault mav sixg hers. Mr. Frederic Shipman, tho well-know* impressario, arrived in town, last night. He is here booking the Xew Zealand tour for Paul Dufault, the great Canadian tenor, and his concert party. Mr. Shipman states that, as regret w'aa expressed in Mow Plymouth that the recent Nordica party under his lnanagcment did not include this town, it is his intention to spend a few hours here, and if the interest evinced will wan-ant it, the Paul Dufault Company will include Xew Plymouth in the Xew Zealand tour. It will be remembered that Paul Dufault is the tenor who created such a sensation with Mme. Xordica on nor recent tour of Australia and New Zealand. His success with Xordica was so pronounced, both the Australian and New Zealand critics acclaiming him the greatest tenor who had ever visited the Southern Hemisphere, that Mr. Shipman signed contracts by which Mr. Dufault was to re-tour the same territory covered' by the Xordica Company, but this time as the "star," at the head of his own company. If arrangements are made in thw town, the date of the concert will bo about February 18. '
