BRITAIN' AND AMERICA CONFER. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, February 4. Sir C. A. Spring Rice and Mr. Bryan have conferred for the formulation of a peace treaty between Britain and the United States similar to those the I'n'.ted States has already signed with foreign countries. Britain approves of Mr. Bryan's plans in principle, but it ia improbable that the naval holiday scheme will be included. It is stated that Sir C. A. Spring Rice does not intend to resign the Ambassadorship, as his health has greatly improved.
