A VIGOROUS PROGRAMME. - By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Thursday. The meeting of Liberal members of Parliament was brought to a conclusion yesterday. Sir Joseph Ward slated that the conference had been in every respect satisfactory. Candidates desirous of contesting seats in the interests of (he Liberals in every constituency were considered, but not all had been finally dealt with. The party organisation and general plan of campaign had been agreed upon. A vigorous course of action would be followed. Those who had been industriously suggesting that the Liberal Party wiis languishing or being absorbed by other parties would find thai such was not the case.
