CANADIAN RAILWAY PROGRESS. By; Cable- Press Association—Copyright Ottawa, February 3. The railways established records iu all branches in 1913. Passengers show an increase of li\e millions, freight of 17,548,000 tons and employees of 22,(51, while 12.39S miles of new tracks are under construction. The gross earnings per train mile were 8(51 dollars, compared with 0397 dollars in 1908.
