SUMMARY AXD FORECAST. By Telegraph.— Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The atmospheric pressure has increased slightly. Moderate to strong southerly winds have predominated, anl tiie weather conditions have been mild, changeable and showery. Present indications are for variable winds; moderate to strong south-west-erly winds prevailing, with cloudy, unsettled and showery weather generally. The barometer is unsteady, but has a -rising tendency.
