ROYAL PICTURES.
'l'lic new programme at lie Theatre Royal, which was screened last night, is an excellent select ion of films of every description. Chief among them is a line Caumonl drama in colors, entitled "The Fall of Constantinople." This is a fine spectacular drama dealing with the story of the Ottoman Turks from ancient times up to the present day. The defence of Constantinople by the Emperor Constant inc. and its fall before the victorious Turks, are faithfully depicted. '■The Master Painter" is tlie pathetic story of an old painter, whose failing oyedght, prevents him from seeing in bis work the faults which are manifest, to others. The inevitable love-storv is interwoven with the plot. A number of other comedies, dramas and scenies make up an entertaining programme. ■" t ' "l|
