Captain Cantrell will act as surveyor, and Lord Congleton also assists in the survey work. Lord Sempliill's son is Id he entrusted with meteorology and the electrical plant. Lieutenant Oarstin ("Royal Indian Marines) will he first officer, and Lieutenant Beatty (of the same service) will act as navigating nffVcr. while Green, formerly of the Discovery and Terra Nova, is to be boatswain.
