Three to start, or no race; four or no second prize. 10. The committee reserve the right to postpone the sports or make any alterations in the programme that may be deemed necessary. 11. A gun will be fired three minutes before the start of each race, and the race will start punctually upon the expiry of such threo minutes. 12.
