TARANAKI SHOW.

The Taranaki Agricultural Society has become very popular with exhibitors byvirtue of the very full attention given to the care of stock and the convenience of those showing. Tile ollieials spare no eil'orts in this direction, and willingly meet any stock that arrives by train and have it conveyed 10 the ground, where it receives every wire and attention. Competitors in the jumping events ai'o also rendered all possible assistance, a fact which has helped to increase the entries in these, classes each year and make them very popular. The prize list for the .-how on the L'.Mli and 2lith is very generous, and entries are confidently expected to far exceed previous shows. Exhibitor.) who cannot get to the show themselves, but who would like to send exhibit- of stock are advised that the Society is prepared to meet the animals at the Xew Plymouth station, convey them to suitable paddocks and from "thence to the show ground.
